Although properties in Rancho Santa Fe are among the most expensive in the country, Rancho Del Rio is a community within the neighborhood where the homes are relatively affordable. Rancho Del Rio is not gated however which makes it one of the few communities in Rancho Santa Fe that doesn’t have either a gate or a guarded-gate security entrance. Even so, the relatively low prices of the properties might just be worth sacrificing a gate.
